First Course
Diver Scallop Carpaccio with pickled rhubarb, strawberry, micro greens
Paired with 2013 Blue Plate Rose, Winemaker Grant Hemingway

Second Course
Tea Smoked Duck Breast with currant, Israeli couscous, garden greens, scallion curls
Paired with 2012 Rowland Tebb Pinot Noir, Winemaker Kevin Rowland

Third Course
Peppercorn Crusted Akaushi Beef with citrus vinaigrette, Pt. Reyes blue cheese, toasted hazelnut
Paired with 2011 G Cellars Napa Cabernet Sauvignon barrel sample, Winemaker Garret Ahnfeldt

Fourth Course
Black Forest Trifle with local cherries, toasted almonds, Belgian chocolate
Paired with 2011 Tank Garage Winery, "Never Dream Alone". Tempranillo and Zinfindel blend, Winemaker Bertus van Zyl
